Leads

Leads .csv Format

Leads have a .CSV formatted (comma separated values) file, and in the format below, the column order & names must match format. Excel or Numbers will not work. Below are instructions on downloading a Leads .csv Template. Usually a Excel or Number file can be exported into a .csv, just look for the .csv option under export.

The first stop for a lead when it's processed is the Processing Queue. It's the line a lead waits in before it becomes "InProgress"

Leads are the folks that you want to talk to. They are uploaded into the system in a specific format described below. Kronologic processes leads into meetings. A lead goes though several stages when being processed. These are shown in the lead table next to the Leads Node.

Copy-Paste Friendly

Lead Fields

Untouched leads are considered Unprocessed

The system won't touch these until it has done everything it can with leads that are already being processed

Leads that Kronologic is currently processing are

InProgress. The system will attempt to schedule meetings with these leads with a higher priority than Unprocessed Leads.

Selecting the Leads Node will open the Leads page. Here a user can upload leads, edit leads, process or delete select leads.

.csv Lead Upload

To upload a .csv formatted list of leads click the Lead Node on the Flow page then select Upload CSV. Then select the targeted .csv. If the file contains hundreds of leads the upload process might take around a minute.

Which is why the first node is Leads

Kronologic turns

     Leads into Meetings.

This is the Flow

And the last node is Meetings.

The flow is step by step

control panel for Kronologic.

How? Kronologic looks for open time on your calendar and sends custom emails and invites to your customers asking them to meet, and if the proposed time doesn't work AI negotiates to find time that does. Automatically.

A template is available for download at the top of the leads page. The template is also available for download here.

Suppression

Leads that should not be processed are placed in the Suppression Node. Either a user or Kronologic can manage the leads found on different Suppression lists in this node.

Nurture List

Leads are automatically put on the Nurture List if a recipient of a

campaign respond. Or manually, if a user wants to avoid emailing a

recipient for any number of reasons, this is done using Quick Nurture

functionality. To manage the Nurture List select the Suppression Node

from the Flow page.

To manage the Nurture List select the Suppression

Node from the Flow page and then Nurture List on the side bar..

A leads can be added manually to the Nurture List though the Quick Nurture on the flow page or directly to the Nurture List.

To delete a lead from any suppression list select "Remove"

Manual processing allows users to process leads individually or in batches. There are 2 places in Kronoloigc where a user can process leads manually.
